Ngarveno St

DESIGN Built on a sloping block in one of the best streets in Moonee Ponds. These architecturally designed townhouses were superbly designed to make best use of the sloping site and expansive views across the Moonee Valley and City skyline.

A site cut with 4 different heights, the use of retaining walls with timber sleepers, concrete blockwork were utilised and piers and capping beam on the boundary for the driveway to retain the neighbouring structure.

Two townhouses with totally different floor plans, the only similarities lie in the materials used and quality workmanship. Conventional raft slab with timber framed construction, the facade had a number of different materials used were James Hardie Stria and matrix, rendered brick and some final touches with Aluminum composite panels and spotted gum shiplap.

Commercial windows with double glazing were used throughout, spotted gum flooring and porcelain tiles in the wet areas, 2 Pac joinery throughout and finished with reconstituted stone benchtops.
